Right now, there are one million
people in L.A. who are hungry, who
don’t have enough to eat or have
access to proper nutrition. That’s
one out of eight Angelenos who can’t
do anything about it – but you can.
And it’s simple. Educate.
Participate. Advocate. Donate. Do
one of these. Do all of these. Do
something. Hunger isn’t just a
homeless problem. It’s a white
problem, a black problem, a Jewish
problem, a Muslim problem…it’s our
problem.
As a community, we can feed the
hungry. We can raise our collective
voice to change legislation that
perpetuates the issue. We can build
gardens, hold food drives and demand
fresh produce and healthier choices
to those who have no choices.
Together, we can end hunger in Los
Angeles.
If you’re hungry for change, if
you’re fed up with hunger, if you
want to do your part to make the
world a better place – join our
movement, and give life meaning.
